International exchange is an enrichment for DHBW VS
The international exchange of universities is a great enrichment for DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen. This became evident again recently when Dr. Zeynep Baysal from DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen’s Turkish partner university, Ostim Technical University in Ankara, visited the Black Forest.
Baysal met with Irene Hamacher and Claudia Rzepka from the DHBW International Office, taught as a guest lecturer in the International Semester, and in the Business Informatics course of Prof. Dr. Martin Lachmair: "Dr. Baysal gave a very interesting lecture on the topic of Blockchain for a morning. Thanks to the clear examples and the lecturer's expertise, there was engaging interaction, which highlights the value of this exchange," said Lachmair.
Not only an enriching collaboration for the Dual University in Villingen-Schwenningen: "I had a great time and experience at DHBW and hope to come back someday in the future," said Baysal.
The International Week at DHBW is entirely dedicated to international exchange. From May 12 to May 16, the university will host representatives from European partner universities for the seventh time, strengthening existing collaborations.
In addition to workshops for the international guests, the week’s program also includes English-language lectures. This offers both DHBW students and guest students the opportunity to deepen their intercultural and language skills.
