Staff Council

The Baden-Wuerttemberg State Staff Representation Act (Landespersonalvertretungsgesetz – LPVG-BW) forms the basis for the work performed by the local staff council. According to this legislation, the general duties of the staff representative council include monitoring of the implementation of laws, ordinances, collective bargaining agreements, service agreements, administrative orders, accident prevention rules and other occupational safety regulations which benefit employees and the hearing of and forwarding on of complaints and suggestions from staff.
