Internationalization
The Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University is international and open to the world. Internationalization is an important aspect for future-oriented studies and for a successful start to a career. With more than 70 active cooperations worldwide, DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen offers a wide range of opportunities for students to integrate stays abroad into their studies and to develop intercultural skills. International students are welcome and contribute to an international campus. Study semesters, internships and short programs for students as well as staff exchange and projects with partner universities are the pillars that consolidate our strategy.

International Full-Time Study
You have completed a school or perhaps even a university degree abroad and would now like to complete an entire degree program with us up to a bachelor's degree. An English-language program is being planned for full-time studies. If you have a good command of the German language and your degree is recognized, you can study with us under the same conditions as German students.
International Club
The International Club consists of DHBW VS students who are interested in interacting with international students. Mostly, they have been abroad, and they enjoy organizing activities with our incoming students like pot-lucks, club nights, excursions and sports activities. It is a great opportunity to meet German students and to get "inside" information about studying here. During our orientation at the beginning of the semester, you will meet the International Club and can get in touch with them first hand, right away.
BLIC (Blended Learning International Cooperation)
The essential idea of the BLIC approach is to experience a realistic international business setting in the classroom. Students will be prepared to identify factors driving the success of international business. Based on theoretical knowledge and case studies, students will cope with international business needs and recognize the impact of cultural aspects.
